Hi, I’m Rob.
I’m a multidisciplinary artist from Wrexham, working across performance, photography and film. My projects blur art and everyday life, often paired with documentaries that share the story behind the work.
Currently longlisted for the Aesthetica Art Prize 2025, I’m always open to opportunities to exhibit and collaborate.

statement
“From the 18th January 2023 - 18th January 2024, I took a photo of myself every day, using a series of disposable cameras, collected from each year I’ve been alive. Then at my 30th birthday party, I gathered my family and friends in Wrexham, to burn and destroy the original prints with me.
I thought it would be fascinating to chart the changing face of pop culture during my lifetime through these cameras - Plus some of them are extremely rare, so I got a kick out of opening and using them so flagrantly. I also loved the idea that with every snap, I get older and the physical film inside each camera gets younger. I imagined that if we set up the final exhibition just right, with a single turn of the head, you could take in not just an entire year of my life, but the changing face of analogue photography itself.
But of course, more than anything, I dreamed about the finale. It was always my plan for this project to end in flames. Honestly, when I decided to use disposable cameras, I thought it would be funny to keep the cameras and dispose of the photos. Subvert expectations. But more than that, as I lived out the final year of my 20s on film, I wanted to meditate on the nature of time and memory, with the people that helped shape my life into what it is today.”
