about me
Hi, I’m Rob.
I’m a multidisciplinary artist from Wrexham, working across performance, photography and documentary film. My projects often blur the line between art and everyday life, using play, collaboration and storytelling to uncover new ways of seeing the world.
Much of my work combines live or performative elements with lens-based media, resulting in projects that are both visual and experiential. Alongside creating the work itself, I often make documentary films that capture the process, making each project accessible and engaging for wider audiences.
In 2025 my photography/performance series ‘Of a Particular Time & Place(s)’ was longlisted for the Aesthetica Art Prize. I’m also an Associate Artist with Signdance Collective, collaborating on international performance projects that fuse movement and technology.
Beyond my personal practice, I run the production company 73 Degree Films, perform music under the name 2080s and produce the BAFTA Cymru-Qualifying FOCUS Wales Film Festival. These roles feed into my practice, giving me new contexts in which to explore collaboration, community, and creativity.
I’m always open to opportunities to exhibit, collaborate, and develop new ideas with galleries, festivals, and institutions.
